Omni Federal awarded User Experience Monitoring (UEM) Phase 2 SBIR

Omni Federal has been awarded an Air Force Direct to Phase II SBIR contract award to architect, define and develop User Experience Monitoring (UEM) capabilities that capture and analyze user’s behavior and overall usability to develop critical, data-driven user insights.

As part of this effort, we will be gathering comprehensive UX metrics and a quantifiable measurement framework that informs the optimization of backlogs with a user-first mindset.

  1. web analytics (e.g conversation rate, page views, time spent, exit rate, bounce rate, etc.)

  2. a wide range of customer experience (CX) metrics across various dimensions (satisfaction score, etc)

  3. operational metrics (e.g response times, performance, success actions, etc.)

We will work closely with Colt Whittall (USAF CXO) to champion this capability for the BESPIN DigitalU platform first and then roll it out to other USAF applications. We will prototype and validate the best-in-class industry solutions like Qualtrics, Matomo and develop ELK-based data infrastructure to drive the analytics and measurement capability for USAF. This feedback, monitoring, and data-driven insights will inform the product roadmap and thereby lead to high user adoption rate and user satisfaction score
