Collin Lee

Chief Innovation Officer

Collin is Omni Federal’s Chief Innovation Officer and is responsible for guiding customers through disruptive technology adoption.  His superpower is listening to difficult problems, thinking through creative solutions, and quickly moving ideas into operations. Collin has a bias for emerging technologies and getting MVPs in users’ hands at speed. No concept is too immature, or Valley of Death too wide.

Collin has 25 years of experience digging deep into federal programs to understand their missions, priorities, and budgets. He is a former Intelligence Officer, White House staffer, and Congressional staffer.

Accordingly, Collin understands the drivers behind both national security policies and corporate financial statements.  The common thread throughout his career is an intense focus on stakeholder satisfaction and execution excellence.

Collin’s primary mission, however, is raising two young boys in Greenwich, CT.  The treads of his 35” Jeep tires spend more time at baseball diamonds, hockey rinks, and Cub Scout activities than in the woods or sand where they belong.  Whether they do get on a trail, or not, the boys spend countless hours discussing the finer points of Washington Nationals baseball and James Madison University football.
